Purpose Driven Production
In 2021, Drew started a project with a vision to empower leaders in church production. While consulting and traveling to different churches, Drew noticed a common theme within church production volunteer teams. Church techs and their teams are often overlooked, and they are missing out on discipleship opportunities. The people serving in the tech booth need to connect with Jesus too. Over a year later, Drew finished the first edition of the book, Purpose Driven Production. Drew prays that this book will be an encouragement to technical leaders as they grow their teams.
About the Author
Drew Hester has dedicated over 20 years to the church production community, where he combines his technical expertise with a passion for spiritual growth. Specializing in production management, FOH audio, and monitors audio mixing for Christian artists and worship teams, Drew also coaches church volunteers to excel in production while maintaining a focus on discipleship. In his free time, Drew enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ellie, and their kids by getting outside.
